ColorFabb XT CF-20 is a copolyester based carbon fiber composite material that is based on the unique Amphora 3D polymer from Eastman Chemical and is loaded with no less than 20% specially sourced carbon fibers suitable for 3D Printing.

Combining carbon fibers in filaments material is not a new idea, but ColorFabb has been able to combine a lot of desired properties into 1 new material :

  • Extreme High Flex Modulus (6.2 GPa), twice as stiff as PLA/PHA
  • Moderate strain at break (8-10%), so no extreme brittle filament, but toughness
  • High Glass Temp. (Tg = 80C)
  • Very high Melt strength
  • Very high Melt Viscosity
  • Good dimensional accuracy and stability

Polymaker PC-Plus™

Transparent-1.75mm-A polycarbonate based filament designed specifically for desktop FDM/FFF 3D printing. It offers superior printing quality, excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance, with moderate printing temperatures and great warping resistance.


PVA is a cold water soluble support material, bonds well to plastics and prints easy and is an excellent supporting material choice for dual extruder 3D printers.  The modification on the new formulation results in a filament that is much more thermally stable than common PVA.

This PVA filament is non toxic and biodegradable once dissolved in water. Easy printing with much less failures and easily removable.

PVA is an excellent choice when using PLA, ABS, PET-G and even nylon as primary filaments.

nGen gives best results on a heated build platform, 75C to about 85C is usually needed for proper adhesion to a glass plate.
For best adhesion use lightly 3DLac to do the trick.
